Amazing things can happen when we work one-on-one. In fact, assisting people on an individual level is the majority of what I do. Whether it be helping you traverse a major life change or crisis or simply by providing guidance as you strive to navigate life; together, we'll discover and explore what is needed to lead to healing and change. 

Although much of my experience is framed in psychodynamic theory, I adjust my methods accordingly to what works best for you. Ultimately, I want you to feel understood, more sure of yourself, and hopeful.
